Our online school was founded in April 2015 under the name Ru-Land Club, whose aim was to teach only the Russian language.  Since 2022 we started teaching Ukrainian, so now the Ukrainian language is available in V E R B A school.

The Ukrainian language has become our number 1 priority. We are happy to share the language and culture of our country with the world! That's why our social media are mostly focused on the Ukrainian language. And that is why we rebranded the school and called it V E R B A.

"Верба" in Ukrainian means "a willow tree", and it is one of the symbols of Ukraine. And in Latin, "verba" means "words", and languages are all about words. So we thought it is a perfect fit for our online school.
